Hi. I am planning a trip to Luang Prabang in late Apr to early May. I am intending to find a guesthouse only when i reach there. Will it be difficult to find available rooms? I am on budget (about US$10 per night). Thanks.

We are a family of four and stayed in a modest guest house - comfy beds, clean bathroom, great location, fantastic hosts - for $20 a night. We just found it when we got there - easy.

Thanks a lot! So i guess there should not be any problems finding cheap and good accomodation at Vientiane and Vang Vieng too right. Do you any recommendations?

Concerning to your request, i would like to advise you about the accomodation in laos, for the guest house in vientiane and vang vieng and luang prabang ,basicly you can find them easy, and i can recommend you to for the guest house in luang prabang that cost about 10 $us/ night with fan, private bath room , hot and cold shower, it name Pakamguest house , it is located in the centre of town and near the mekong riverside
