Multiple entry to Laos

I will be visiting Laos in June. Reaching Vientiane , I plan to cross over to Nong Khai,Thailand and staying in there for about 3 days. After that i will be going back to Vientaine again. Both way using the Fellowship Bridge. Anyone know whether 1 times visa application will do that is

application upon arrival at Vientiane airport or do i need to apply again when i enter from Nong Khai to Vientaine again ? Anything like multiple entry and how it will cost. Thanks for advising.

Hi - I have a multiple entry and they take a while (a week?)to get, and I think you have to be working here to get one. You would almost definitely have to get 2 separate 30 day single entry visas, but this isn%26#39;t difficult.Probbaly easier than getting a multiple entry in fact.

No you can%26#39;t get a multi entry unless you have a work permit.

A work permit takes around 4 weeks to obtain, btw, depending on which company you work for.

Can you get a 60 day visa?

Yes but not at the border. It has to be from an embassy.

With this 60 days Visa , is that means we can go in and out Laos within that 60 days ?

No, one entry only. Business visas give you multi entries.

agree with rufus 1 in 1 out then you have to buy a new visa if you want to come back into laos, callao
