I%26#39;ll be going to Vientiane in february, has anyone been to the casino and golf course at Dansavanh resort ? Is it worth going up there, I%26#39;ve only talked to Lao people about it and would like the falang take on it thanx Callao
Dansavanh Nam Ngum Resort
I posted this over a month ago and seems no one in the world has been there. I guess that answers my question Callao
Dansavanh Nam Ngum Resortit seem to be no ones in the world has been there Callao -:)
I suggest you should go there and tell us later about that -:)
my girlfriends mama wants to go there so I%26#39;ll post a review when I go but I don%26#39;t like being the guinea pig callao
The Dansavanh Golf Course is defintely worth a visit. It is a very picturesque and challenging course. The hotel and casino is 5km away directly at the Nam Ngum lake. It%26#39;s a nice place for gamblers but the hotel is aging and the swimming pool is under permanent construction. Not clear when it will be done. Accomodation is not state-of-the-art. Recommend a one day trip from the Dansavanh hotel in Vientiane. I was there 14./15. March 2008.
Hey some one finally replyed to my post, only took over a year to get a response, I have been to Dansavanh resort and golf course really want to play the course but a set of left handed rental clubs is something no one has and the casino is really not too hot, no blackjack or poker going on and if you go with any Lao friends, they are not allowed to gamble at all foriegners only so that doesn%26#39;t help pretty spot though and the golf course does look nice if I end up bringing my clubs next time I will play there, until then I will play at the KM14 golf course in VTE they have rental clubs and is pretty fun, I%26#39;ll be there tomorrow, thanx for the post Callao
