Fruit Shakes

Does anyone have a good recipe for fruit shakes similar to the ones made not only in Laos, but right across S E Asia?

Since returning home I have had such a craving for these (especially Mango mmmm) and have not been able to make them the same.

I understand the fruit is probably a lot sweeter depending on the season at home, but any suggestions that would assist would be greatly appreciated!

Fruit Shakes

Hi,

I am from Laos and I like fruit shake a lot. Here%26#39;s the recipe what I always make.

- Cut up any fruit you want in small pieces

- some ice

- coconut milk(Not much)

- milk

- syrub(Homemade but you can use the readymade if you don%26#39;t know how to make it)

- lemon (put a little bit, if your fruit is already sour no need to put lemon)

- very little bit salt(Usually the shop they mix with the syrub but if you don%26#39;t like no need to put salt)

Put everything in the blender, mix it well then everything is ready to serve.
