I recently spent 6 days in Lp and loved it. I am sure of place with wifi but there are so many internet cafe in town. Even if you don%26#39;t find any place with wifi you%26#39;ll be stay connected. it%26#39;s so cheap and it%26#39;s everywhere. 100 kip per 10 min. 8500 kip for 1 us dollar when I was there.
